Jungle Gin, Word Whomp

Are these 2 games EVER going to be fixed?! Why pay for a subscription when our favorite games can't be played?!

I have not had any cards in Jungle Gin for 3 months, how do I contact EA. Been a member for over 10 years , very disappointed with EA making it so difficult to contact them . sablelake9
