Jungle Jin

Jungle Jin  There are no cards that shows up so I cannot play this game at all. I have cleared out the cookies and tried other things. and this is not the only game that doesn't show certain games. I have spent plenty money in POGO but can't get help.

    @siweladnil Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having this issue with Jungle Gin.

    So just so I can confirm, when you load into the game none of the cards actually show on screen is that correct?

    Can you let me know if you're playing on PC or on a mobile device and if you are playing on PC can you please try another browser and let me know if you continue to have the same issue.

  • this is a desk top computer. I am using Firefox. I have cleared cookies. I really need to talk to someone about 5 different issues where either cards or dice do o show up. I buy extra every 1 or 2 times a month but cannot play 5 different games this is just one of them.

    @siweladnil Thanks for getting back to me with your platform and browser I really appreciate it.

    Can I ask if you've attempted to play using another browser to see if you encounter the same issue?

    I'm asking this just so we can rule out the possibility of the issue being to do with the browser you're using as it will help when I pass this on to the team to be investigated.
  • My computer was hacked last year and so was my email account. I cannot get into my old email. and since i cant access the old email one POGO has I cant change it to my new email. When I try to edit my email it wants to send a code which I cannot get since it goes to the old email. I have tried every way to change it but I cant. i wish there was a way to call someone to help me with these issues.

    @siweladnil I'm very sorry to hear that.

    Unfortunately you will likely need to get in touch with your email provider to resecure that email. 

    You can also get in touch with EA Help who should be able to assist you in changing the email attached to your account as long as you are able to pass account verification. I would advise letting them know you have lost access to the original email.
