@siweladnil Hey there! Sorry to hear you're having this issue with Jungle Gin.

So just so I can confirm, when you load into the game none of the cards actually show on screen is that correct?

Can you let me know if you're playing on PC or on a mobile device and if you are playing on PC can you please try another browser and let me know if you continue to have the same issue.

this is a desk top computer. I am using Firefox. I have cleared cookies. I really need to talk to someone about 5 different issues where either cards or dice do o show up. I buy extra every 1 or 2 times a month but cannot play 5 different games this is just one of them.

  Can I ask if you've attempted to play using another browser to see if you encounter the same issue?
  
  I'm asking this just so we can rule out the possibility of the issue being to do with the browser you're using as it will help when I pass this on to the team to be investigated.
