Garden Blast Scores

Why doesn't POGO stop people that keep getting  these outargues scores in Garden Blast tournaments? Some people have found a way of getting scores that are ridicules. This takes all the enjoyment  out of playing for me and many of us. This has been going on for some time now and needs to stop. Why should I play on a game site or recommend the game site game site  that doesn't care about fair play for all the players? Please fix this ongoing problem
