Hello! Sorry to hear about Level 1657 of Solitaire Home Story not progressing. Would you mind conducting a few steps to see if this may help?
- Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
- Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager > Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
- Restart your computer.
- Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
- Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo.
See if any of these system checks help and feel free to let us know how it goes!

FWIW, I am tech savvy in my professional career - so all of your suggestions are well-taken. :-)
I do (and have already done) all of the steps that you have suggested in your post to try to fix the (random and repetitive) glitches often encountered in different levels of Solitaire Home gameplay.
In addition, I have an excellent pc system and an excellent 24/7 Internet connection.
None of the steps that you have suggested in your post make a difference in this matter because my pc and Internet do not show any errors, tech issues, or Internet connectivity problems when I have been playing Solitaire Home.
Instead, this is a recurring and random problem with Pogo gameplay.
For these reasons, I have purchased and used multiple wild cards and valuable bonus cards to resolve these gameplay problems.
I would prefer to use these costly wild cards and bonus cards to advance in my gamneplay, and not use them to resolve problems with Pogo games.
Please provide me with CREDIT for the wild cards and bonus cards that I have lost when trying to resolve the glitches in Solitaire Home gameplay.
I have been a loyal customer of Pogo for many years and enjoy playing games for recreation and relaxation.
