i ned help from someone that works at pogo to contact me , i am NOT getting a log in code to my email , i had yo use a back up code , can i get help now

If you are not seeing a login code for verifiing your account when trying to log in to pogo.com can we check both your emails spam folder or any folders that may have auto-filtering rules applied in case it's being moved somewhere.
