I just finished the Solitaire Home Story daily tasks and when I clicked to go to claim the Free Reward (90x coins in Matching Moments), it said that I just purchased 10 NaN gems.
I have not purchased anything and want to make sure nothing was charge to my card on file.
I just had the same problem. This is the second time. Rather than click on something I'm not familiar with, I just exited the program. It would be nice if EA would respond.

am in middle of playing a game and get a big sign saying "You Bought NaN Gems" what on earth are they?
I havent lost any gems so what am I supposed to have Bought?? then it goes on to "Accept"
I cant accept something if dont know the cost! it wont let me continue the game, ugh

Like the rest of you, I am having the same problem. I also not read any reply explaining why it is happening. This particular gamed is expensive enough without any NaN gems.... whatever those may be!!
You can do that yourself by going to yr account & checking Gem Transaction History
Same thing just happened to me in Solitaire Home Story, except I picked the one for Sweet tooth. Did not Accept, but just exited out of game. @nd time it has happened
Same here and there is nothing you can do to get rid of it.
same got the nah jem purchase which i did not purchase .also trying to win badge in mahjong sanctuary and game just keeps giving me the same puzzle over and over again
in Mahjong Sanctuary. have u won the game? sometimes if you havent it'll keeep givimg u same game until you win it! Good Luck
