lucky 7's in Turbo

what are they looking for? I am not familiar with it.

If it is going by the old POGO rules to get a lucky 7 you have to use three sevens to make 21 and that is a lucky seven, as there are only 4 sevens in the game you can only get 1 lucky seven per game.
