At this time, my best suggestion for you and others experiencing issues would be to try and exit the Pogo site:
- Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
- Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
- Restart your computer.
- Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
To see if this helps. I was able to play the new Lucky Cat Bingo Event several times today myself (and with others on the leaderboard) without any issues.
There was a service announcement posted in the Pogo Forums last week on this game that was addressed: Games Forums Home | Service Update - Lucky Cat Bingo
When we see announcements or view upgrades to the site, it is imperative to thoroughly clean and update our devices, especially while on a gaming site.
🍀 I noticed today that if we are playing for a Lucky Cat Bingo badge, the cards with the Crowns on them will not count towards progression, those are strictly for the Lucky Cat Bingo Event and do not count towards the badges.
Update: On page 3 of this posting Community Manger EA_Illium has asked the team to double check the game for us. Some players are reporting problems, and some are not.
