Lucky Cat Bingo did not award Event prizes
Game Event showed I was in First place. I clicked on claim prizes but did not receive the Valentine Cats. How do I contact EA techs to let them know? Has anyone contacted them about this issues?

The same thing happened to me. I got my tokens, but not the cats.
In order to get the cats you have to be in 1st place at the end of the event, not the daily prize awards. Only 1st place winner gets the cats at the very end of event.

Hey folks, sorry to hear you all experienced this issue.
Can you let us know if your prizes are still not awarded or if you have since received them.I just completed the St. Patrick's Day event and came in 1st place for the overall event. The screen displayed that I won both cats as well as the tokens however I cannot find my two special event cats ANYWHERE. How/when do I get them???
