Lucky Cat Bingo stops letting me daub

Its not working for me either. I get one game through and then it won't let me daub the numbers. 

Now it won't load the cards.  It is royally impossible to play.  This happens a lot anymore maybe there are too many people playing at one time.  When they are running a challenge do, they only allow paid members to play?

I have played LUCKY Cat Bingo several times without any problems and now since it's a challenge it's not working. It says you have to double some many bingos to win the gems. I've had 3 or 4 bingos any it doesn't give me credit for any of them. I have multiple games thar I have problems with and I don't know about any of you but I have problems contacting help. I'm  on a very small income and it makes mad that I can't play the games and challenges I want to. Sorry about blabbing on.
