Hello! When Solitaire Home Story or any browser-based game stops loading on your Mac or iPad and you see the message “A problem repeatedly occurred" alert is an Apple WebKit error, not a Pogo‑specific site error. It means Safari (or any browser on iPad/iPhone, since they all use WebKit underneath) stopped the game from loading due to something on the device, browser, or connection.
Below are troubleshooting guides that walk you through the most common causes, from browser data conflicts to extensions, pop‑up settings, memory limits, and more.

Special Note for all Readers: If you are utilizing a cellphone or tablet, it is crucial to close all other applications. Mobile devices have considerably fewer resources than computers, which means that even one or two apps operating in the background can result in sluggish performance, freezing, or loading issues. iPads and iPhones, have additional built‑in restrictions and resource limits, which can affect how well certain games or even websites run. When playing Pogo on these devices, please be sure to close all other apps and tabs to free up resources.
