Mahjong Garden HD - Tiles not moving on touchscreen

Question

Tiles don't move in Mahjong Garden HD. Reported it now 7 times and they either closed the matter or posted as fixed. Found out that my husband can play

the game on his laptop with mouse but does not work on my tablet with touchscreen. Looked online and 3 weeks ago Pogo posted that they have a bug in

that game but still not fixed. Every time I report the problem on EA help it looks like the blame gets put onto me and my tablet. It is very, very frustrating and

by the looks of it nothing gets done. I am sick and tired of being told it's my browser or I have to empty my cache!!!!!!

why when I get to the end of the run on Mahjong Safari HD do the lines don*t connect.. It works fine until I get to the last 3 or 4 tile matches.

That really does sound frustrating.
Are you still experiencing these issues? If so, can you tell me a bit more about what is happening when you're trying to move tiles? Does your game freeze, are you getting an error message, etc.?

And while I do understand that it can be bothersome to clear your browser cache, sometimes those simple steps do make all the difference. 🙂 Thus, if you haven't done so yet, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps for HD / HTML5 games.&nbsp;
It might also be a good idea to check if there is an update for your tablet operating system available.&nbsp;

Everything you are suggesting has been done an x amount of times.... No error message, page not frozen. Why do I find message on internet

that states clearly that you guys are aware that this particular game has a bug and you are working on it??? I am not the only one that has this problem, it seems that other

players with touchscreen have similar issues.
