Missing Pottery wheel in the Merge coal mine

Will someone please fix this!  game chat filled with everyone saying this.

The same thing has happened to me.  I can't get past the second order because I don't have a pottery wheel.

Oh ok, thanks for sharing that. If there are others running into the same issue, it would really help if they could add their details to this thread as well, including the info I listed above. I can gather examples shared in here and raise a report. The more examples I can reference from here and the info I can share, the better I can help reflect how many players may be impacted. If you’re able to point others to this thread and the info I’m collecting, I’d really appreciate it.

The pottery wheel issue popped up three days ago.  The second order to complete in Treasure Trove was a cup that is generated with a pottery wheel.   

Without the ability to complete the cup order using the pottery wheel, the game cannot move forward with any other orders, therefore it is completely useless to try to reach goals and the time is ticking.

I have a suggestion, someone at EA with a small amount of knowledge of the game Merge, could log into the game and see it is impossible to create a Pottery Wheel Generator.  

My Pogo username:  AmandaFromTexas       Date: March 30th    Device Type:  PC, no other method for me but EVERYBODY in chat has a different device.  OS version:  no clue  Browsers Tested:  Chrome  Current Browser Version Number:  Latest as I updated a week ago with another issue with Merge.  DxDiagFile:  ??????  Steps I have taken:  This can't be a serious question with three days of people complaining.  Any other issues with other games:  none that I can see  Screenshot:  

I have the same issue, "no way to produce clay of any kind" Impossible to win.

I would love to know why people at POGO wants the customer to do all the troubleshooting for them. Why do they not just supply a form to fill out? I would have to write all the questions down, answer them and then transcribe them here. Thats a lot of work being asked of the customer. 

It is not just me, it is multiple users.  If you went into the game chat you would see how many people it's affecting.  I don't think I need to send screen shots or additional information since it is a known issue that hasn't been resolved.  Its been going on since the changes on Monday.

Same here.....No pottery wheel.  Playing on Edge Microsoft home 11 ......

Pogo reported this issue fixed, but it is not. I can't get a pottery wheel that generates pottery. Pogo username: NowhereNellie. It's been happening since the game started. I use FireFox, latest version. PC and laptop running Windows 10. 

Got the pottery generator.   I drew a purple heart on the square that has the last piece to merger to get it.
