Tiles that are removed go back into the game board. When you get the end there are no additional matches so you need to start over again and again. Tiles will still show in the holding area even though they have been matched

Remove any extensions you don’t use anymore since they can still affect performance. Make sure to restart your browser after making changes so everything resets cleanly.
Lag or brief connection drops can prevent the game from updating properly: This can be a hidden culprit and cause lots of issues. Try power cycling your internet router by unplugging it and plugging it back in, this refreshes your connection and clears temporary glitches that may affect game performance.
