Hello! Sorry to hear the tiles are going back when you try to place them, that indeed is a very hard way to complete a game.
Because browser‑based games rely on our devices to display animations and update the board correctly, if something interrupts that process, the game can “desync,” which could make the tiles return or not clear properly.
Steps to try:
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. When our device runs out of available memory, browsers can fail to refresh the game board correctly when memory is low or overloaded.
Clear Your Browsers Cache and Cookies: Over time these files can become outdated, corrupted, or bloated and cause games to freeze or behave unpredictably.
Extensions or blockers can interfere with the game’s scripts, causing tiles to appear “stuck.”: Turn off extensions temporarily to see if the game works normally. Remove any extensions you don’t use anymore since they can still affect performance. Make sure to restart your browser after making changes so everything resets cleanly.
Lag or brief connection drops can prevent the game from updating properly: This can be a hidden culprit and cause lots of issues. Try power cycling your internet router by unplugging it and plugging it back in, this refreshes your connection and clears temporary glitches that may affect game performance.
Because our devices are constantly updating, checking for system and browser updates is important to keep games running smoothly and prevent any glitches caused by outdated software.
Give these troubleshooting steps a try, the words in blue are links for help 🙂 and please feel free to reply back and let us know how it goes!
