@Lindalou01 I don’t know, I just know the version I’m running is 81 something. I don’t even know if updating it will do anything to help your issue, it might though. Good luck, I hope you get things worked out.

@Moogan1201 is correct in that the latest version is Version 81.0.4044.113. Updating it to the latest can help there.
As challenges can be time sensitive, particularly towards the end of a challenge, it can help a lot to reach out to EA Help as they can work with you through live chat, one on one.

Well here I am again deleted the version of chrome I had then downloaded the newer version that was available and I still get the same stuff NO LUCK - makes me wonder if any one else is having this problem - if not then why me? Hubby is having it too on my laptop, What else can I do? What other browser can I use - microsoft tells me to use Edge but Pogo does not use it.
