Matching Moments - Missing Content

Spent gems for the extras and was not credited with them. Have closed and restarted Pogo and the extras are still not there. Cannot figure out how to contact support for this.

    At times our devices just need a quick refresh!

    Cleaning up temporary files, installing updates and rebooting can reset the background processes that handle tracking and progression. After restarting and logging back in, items that seemed to be missing will often reappear as the system reconnects and syncs properly with Pogo's servers.

    Hello Pogo Technical Support, I recently purchased 70 gems for the extras. I played one game where those add-ons were available.  As soon as that game was over the next game did not hold any of those extras.  It reverted to what I originally had.  This has happened to me 2x within the last week or so.  I'm hoping that I can at least receive 140 gems back since those extras are not available. You can view my purchase history and my matching moments status to confirm.  Thanks so much.
