Mahjong Sanctuary loads but doesn't play when pressed.

Hey, Arrenai!
I checked the Compatibility Scan and here's what it noted:
Cookies Enabled--True; Do Not Track--False.
As soon as I logged in today, I clicked on the game. It stopped loading at 80%; I reloaded the page and it came to 100%. I clicked the "PLAY" button and it opened! So I'm hoping all is going to be well now. Thanks for replying, though you gave no solution, I appreciate your reply.

worked find for days now NOTHING---other people having the same problem---PLEASE FIX IT

Hey there, @grandia102.

I just checked Mahjong Sanctuary and I was able to load it and start a game. Let's take a look to see why it's having a difficult time loading for you.

When you try to load Mahjong Sanctuary, does it get stuck at a certain point in loading, or do you get an error message? What happens when you bring up the game?

If you could also share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information, linked in the post above yours, it would help a lot.

The game opens to play but all it does is click and nothing happens

No error message just gets you to the play button and when clicking on it, it makes the usual sound but nothing happens

  While I don't have your Pogo Compatibility Tool results yet, here's some standard troubleshooting we can start with. Please try the HTML5 troubleshooting and let me know how it goes for you.

i have same issues with sanctuary.... only happens in firefox Ver. 75.0 works fine in microsoft edge
