Mahjong Sanctuary!! Still waiting for my game to be fixed!!

Not getting points again because the game is still stuck on the same level for a few weeks now. Why does this keep happening?!!

I also am not getting any credits for games won I have won level 1800 6 times and no credit, the 5 that are on there are from 1- 2 days ago for level leading up to 1800 Today no credits given Thanks for any help.
