    We are aware of the ongoing issues with Mahjong Sanctuary and are actively investigating the problem with the Daily Puzzle not loading. While we have resolved the freezing issue that occurred after playing the game, we understand that some users are still experiencing difficulties.

    At the moment, players are unable to click on the Daily Puzzle to play. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Hi-

Mahjong Sanctuary is your July game of the month . I have tried playing it the last 2 days to start the challenges. I get to the last tiles and the game freezes so there is no credit for the game just won. Please help get it working properly again. Thanks so much !
