mahjong sanctuary

I am having the same issue in Mahjong Sanctuary. Level 165 Bird appears on screen with a blank task list and no apparent way to progress.

cant get pass level 450 have done it 4 times still on level 450

450 is as far as you can go in the Savanna biome. If you e completed all of your tasks you can move on to the Arctic Biome by clicking on the little map in the lower left part of your game.

I have the same problem and has been going on for the past 9 months.

Did you read the post above yours? 450 is as far as you can go in the first biome. You can click on the map in the left part of the screen to move to the arctic biome but you have to complete all of the tasks in the Savannah biome before you can move on, 

On 3 separate occasions now, I have won at Mahjong Sanctuary and not been awarded the win. The game does not close out, but has an empty game board as if there are more pairs to be made. Sadly, this time it was after having spent a few hundred feathers and it was the final game in the "Candy Corny" Badge. 

I'm running Windows 10 on a laptop using Google Chrome with most recent update.

did you ever get this resolved?  I've been having the same issue for months on end with no one to help resolve.  ON my comp if i play on my account I cannot move forward stuck with the bird say i have tasks to do, but if I log onto my sisters account I can play.  If i use her comp i can play on her account but mine is still frozen.

Went through HTML guide.  My PC runs just fine.  It is that dust cloud at the end, if you finish the board and the cloud is still there, it is not giving credit for finishing the game. This has happened at least 4 times.  Frustrating as I am doing the challenge for 35 games.  I don't need to do extra.
