Mahjong Sanctuary

Losing alot of points & have never been credited for all the points I've already lost playing the random challenges. Why? This is a long time on going problem & I almost didn't renew my subscription because of this only ever getting briefly resolved. Can this not be fixed. I play everyday too. Can someone pls help?
