Matching moments - Can't make a Move

We'll do our best to share information or advice to help you out with your issues in Matching Moments as best we can.

Right now, though, it's not clear what the issue is. It looks like a few different things are getting mixed in this thread, which makes it challenging to share relevant advice that applies to everyone reading it.

What's happening in your game:
Are you seeing an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot
Does this happen on a particular level each time?
What device are you playing on
What browser are you playing on
Describe what troubleshooting steps you've already tried

I am using an IPAD. I get a black screen or screen goes through and then it will freeze before finishing game. It’s Safari or Chrome. It’s on the iMac and iPad. No error but screen goes black. Then words and numbers come up. It will lose all of the pictures and animations and offer a useless black screen. I tried closing iPad or computer. I tried cleaning browsers. I tried chrome. After safari. .
