Matching moments - Can't make a Move

Matching Moments is stuck. I get in all the way to the game play screen, but the matching icons don't move. It's been over a week now.

I am getting the same thing this has gone on for 2 weeks use to be able to play it with no issues

Could I double-check with you at what stage the loading issues crop up? 

• Can you press play from the Matching Moments homepage 
• Does it open a new page to get into the game?
• Does the game then fail to load at this stage?

Ok, this is a key detail! Thanks for specifying at what point the loading issues happen for you. 

Could you please pop up a screenshot of the gameplay screen where the matching icons don't move?

Could you also let me know the following few bits:

• What device are you playing on?
• What browser are you playing on?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Same issue

I get the game up but it will not allow me to make any moves.It is fustrating that this is happening.Since upgrades were made I have not been able to play this game

This has been happening to me for over 2 weeks.  I give up.
