I am getting the same thing this has gone on for 2 weeks use to be able to play it with no issues

Could I double-check with you at what stage the loading issues crop up?
- Can you press play from the Matching Moments homepage
- Does it open a new page to get into the game?
- Does the game then fail to load at this stage?

I get the game up but it will not allow me to make any moves.It is fustrating that this is happening.Since upgrades were made I have not been able to play this game

- Check and approve any pending updates on your device and browser. For example, on PC and Chrome
- Closing other running programs and browser tabs can help by freeing up resources, like processing power and memory
- Clear your browser’s cache. Search "clear cache" in a search engine like Google to learn how to do it.
- Turn off any pop-up blockers on your browser.
