Matching Moments: Still Not Working

My first and biggest problem is that Matching Moments has quit loading for me since  mid-day yesterday.  I get an error message telling me my progress can't be saved (I'm just coming into the game.....there is NO progress to save!).  Then I do the try again a few times before the quit option comes up.  I was unable to complete the weekly badge due to this, which is frustrating!  Today I'm trying to play it again because of the Spin to Win challenge and it's doing the same thing.

A different issue is rewards from the constellation progress not actually being given.  I supposedly got 20 crates for Farm Merge Valley at level 39.  I've chosen crates several times as my reward and I'm not getting them either.

I did try another browser than my norm and the results are the same.
