This is the 2nd time in 3 days all progress was lost and the game started from the beginning again. I don’t understand why it is happening but I would appreciate a response.
Hello! Sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with progress not being saved, this can indeed be frustrating.
These problems are likely related to how the game stores your progress data, which is saved directly in your browser's cache and cookies and speaks to Pogo servers.
This is why we commonly hear "clear your cookies and cache" and check for "browser and device updates". This gives our devices a clean and updated path to speak with Pogo servers. Anytime we see the site acting a bit odd, this is the time to log out and perform these troubleshooting steps.
Recent browser updates (like Chrome/Edge 141 or iOS/iPadOS 18.7.2) may have changed how games access saved data, causing the game to lose track of your progress. Currently our devices are experiencing a lot of updates, make sure to watch for updates a little more than usual.
Please try logging out completely, trying the troubleshooting steps and logging back in. Currently I am on Level 60 and was able to complete the free badges yesterday, however I will be watching for any unsaved progress.
This does not help at all...you will be losing a lot of members because of the poor response of Pogo... after 24 years...and a ton of excuses I am done...
