Re: Matching Moments - Stuck after hitting Play

When will this issue be corrected.  I have reported it several times and still nothing resolved. 

It freezes and won't respond at the coin level. I have cleared my cache and rebooted, also tried the app and Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome

I haven't been able to work on the challenges or play at all for the last 3 days.

I want an answer and correspondence from someone!
