This has been an ongoing problem... I cannot earn stars or advance the story line because I am constantly in the coin mode. Is this ever going to be fixed?
Furthermore, it's impossible to get technical help. If this doesn't improve, I'll be cancelling my membership.
I have the same problem and have reported it to no avail. I have been stuck on level six for several weeks and can’t advance to level seven even though it is available. It’s so frustrating to be ignored.
matching moments....i completed all areas through 6....it says there is an area 7 available but wont let me in saying i need to complete prior area........it says area 8 is under construction but area 7 should be available for me to play but it wont let me.
Matching Moments is just totally messed up. Why not award everyone the current challenge so we can move forward with the remaining challenges. Too many days were lost waiting for the game to be fixed and it still only works half the time.
Why can’t I move from area 6 to area 7? I have completed area 6 but area 7 is locked and says I must complete area 6 before I can enter. I have been stuck playing for coins for three weeks.
I have also left a complaint here, with no response. I have been a paying member for over 20 years, and I have never had a problem getting responses until now. I have been stuck on coin levels for weeks, and I can't move forward to the next level. I am glad it's not just me. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
I have not earned any stars for weeks. I play this game often and am unhappy that I am not getting any stars I also could not find any way to report the problem besides adding a comment to this string of comments. I enjoy using the starts to further the story.
For months I have been begging Pogo to repair Matching Moments. I can only play on a coin level and earn no stars to move the story along.
I no longer purchase gems because most of the games don't play correctly and I pay for this service.
When it comes time to renew my subscription, I will not. There is no technical help whatsoever.
I am having the exact same problem. Any solution?
I am stuck on Chapter 6.....5/6 completed. I can't go any further. It keeps making me play coin games. The next chapter is there, but not letting get past 6, What's going on with this ??
i am also at level 6 with one more challenge to meet before moving on to chapter 7
i went to coin mode last week and cant move forward pogo also keeps giving me coins i use in games or reimburses me for the ones i use i like figuring out how to clear the boards reading the stories they make me laugh and decorating the game boards as i go how can you have more chapters pogo after 6 not not have them i need more info want to do all the chapters
