Game will not load. Badge went live with the Lucky Spinner Challenge and hasnt loaded since. Pop up says "unfortunatley your progress could not be saved" hit it several times and then its restart or quit game. Worked fine the day beforethe challenge started. Does anyone else know anything about it, please?
ITS BEEN DAYS SINCE I REPORTED MATCHING MOMENTS NOT WORKING AND NOT GETTING SOME OF MY POGI AWARDS AT THIS POINT IM NOT GOING TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!
This has been reported by me and many others and is still not working. I don’t understand why a gaming business cannot fix a problem that is an ongoing issue. I have paid for this service for many years and it is becoming tiresome that problems remain unfixed. It would also be nice to know if anyone is even listening. Do you all hear us?
Game does not load, a pop up appears after a while saying they cannot save your progress and you have to restart (but again same black screen and so forth)
just completed mini golf and get error message "can't save progress, try again" - this seems to happen on several games - matching moments doesn't even appear - what's up POGO??? i have been a loyal member since 2003 - please fix!!!

I have been having the same issue with matching moments for a couple of days. I pay for these games and expect that the issue will be corrected in a timely manner.
Today marks the 3rd day this has been happening to me! IT'S INFURIATING!
This game has been down for days. Why is no one fixing this. I know you are well aware of the issue since so many of us have complained. With all your surveys going on saying you want to make our games better - why are you not addressing this?
I have been having the same issue for a few days too and the Pogo Forum wouldn’t load for me for the past few days as well, so I can’t even look to see what else has been said about it.
Matching Moments not working so I couldn't finish my badge, Black screen with try again on it.
Same issue just tells me it cannot save, never opens.
Same for me which is why I landed on the EA forum vs Pogo.
Matching moments will not load for me either and this is the third day with this problem. I tried another computer, my new IPAD but none will load the game. I also tried different browsers with no success.
Having the same issue. Pogo - we've been reporting it for days - why is it not being addressed?
