Farm Merge prizes not being issued

I was just about to post the same question.  I have NEVER gotten the bonuses in Farm Merge.  So how do we get them all?  When will it be fixed?

I'm not getting my crates from the rewards from the pogis. This has been going on for awhile now.

was due 90 crates from the lucky spinner which i didnt recieve then i won another 20 in lucky spinner didnt get those either this is a huge mistake pogo this game i could play 24/7 i love it that much but stealing our rewards thats too much

same here. Got the energy rewards but the crates still missing 😭
