So you put it into a challenge requirement and then messed with it. I have a NEW tablet that has had no trouble loading the game until about 3 or 4 days ago. Please get it together POGO. I have been a paid member for almost your entire life and you are really straining my llimits recently. My kids grew up knowing it was Badge Wednesday for gosh sakes. What is going on?! I have done everything you suggest and neither my computer nor my tablet can even make the load screen appear....I just get a black screen!

I'm still having same problem game not loading . keeps saying your progress could not be saved try again. how can we complete challenge when we can't play the game

I know how you feel...it's so frustrating and POGO does nothing to fix this, they won't even respond to my complaints. About ready to stop my membership which is over mega years.

would love if they looked into how much money we have spent .Club memeber 27 yrs.So I figure pogo owes me the 800 pogis for the lap race, plus more for all the challenges I cant play because issue on their end. I too look foward to Wonderful wednesday. So sad things have gotten this way

I can't get in matching moments either it keeps saying your progress could not be saved try again

This BUG has NOT been fixed. Read your Facebook and all the other comments. Matching Moments is still down. Don't tell us to empty our cache etc. That has all been done by all of us. I too have been a paying member since whenever. I am really tired that Merge games will not load when they use to. My favorite is Matching Moments and you've screwed that up. Please fix Matching Moments and all the Merge games.

I have not been able to load matching moments since Sept. 11, 2026. You have a note that says this solved. This wrong please have someone in tech department check it again. Today is Sept. 16, 2026 . Hope this is fixed sometime today.
