Matching Moments - Stuck after hitting Play

Once again 3rd or 4th or 5th time....
Matching Moments is frozen and I can't get past the play button (see below). I have tried clearing my cache and rebooting, tried it in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and the App. I have also tried the support page several times. This has been going on for about 3 days now and I have missed a few challenges.
it would be nice to have a day much less a week or a month or ever when players didn't have these problems!
