Merge Academy - 135 Gems removed but never uploaded 1000 energies.

Merge Academy has a sale on items to purchase. I bought 1000 energies. 135 gems were removed from my gems list but it never gave me the 1000 energies. I'd like to get that 1000 or have my 135 ...

I came here looking for answers to this! I bought 1250 coins, for 352 gems on the sale. I still have no coins, but it took my gems! I've rebooted, I just didn't get the coins I bought! I know they were having an issue with energy, but now coins too?
