On Sunday, 9-8-24 at about 1:56 am, I bought on sale the 1000 energy for 135 gems for Merge Academy & I did not get it, BUT it was deducted from my gems & it shows I purchased it in my Pogo Gem transaction record & also in my EA account!
So, I sent an email in the help section of EA, and later I received an email telling me to wait 24 hours, and then jump through hoops like I've done before with EA (to no avail), like I'm some kind of idiot that doesn't know what I'm doing.
I don't know who or what is reading these emails or posts, that can't understand what we mean...we bought power-ups, and didn't get them! How difficult is that? Either fix these issues, or give us back our gems ...plain & simple!!!!
It's NOT our computer, phone, ipad issues, etc., it's your issue POGO/EA!
Not only is this happening, but people are also complaining about the game not generating the energy on it's own.
This is on you Pogo/EA....now FIX IT!!!!
