Merge Academy - 135 Gems removed but never uploaded 1000 energies.

Merge Academy has a sale on items to purchase. I bought 1000 energies. 135 gems were removed from my gems list but it never gave me the 1000 energies. I'd like to get that 1000 or have my 135 ...

I bought the 570 coins in Merge Academy and it took 220 gems and been waiting 3 days for a refund after contacting EA support. This is getting old!

Wheat card in Farm Merge
