Merge Academy - Lost Energy when claiming bonuses

For days now I have noticed that I lost my 100 energy when claiming my bonuses. I have managed a work around by playing the game - using my 100 energy first - then when I am at zero claiming my bonu...

I completed the special quest & received over 200 bonus units of energy. I left the room I was in to see if there was another quest (there wasn't) so I went back to the room to continue filling other orders. When I got there, instead of having over 200 units of energy, I had 10.

After reading other posts I checked my coins. They had all disappeared, too. I worked hard to complete that quest and feel robbed my energy and coins have disappeared. I want them back.
