Merge academy - Mini Game not Responding

What Troubleshooting steps you've already completed:  cleared cache/history, shut down, no issues with other games, when hitting play Merge Acad, it goes directly to mini game and flashes a shot of the main game but never goes there. Music plays but nothing when hit play.

Hey - when you all try to collect extra energy for Merge Academy from the constellation bonuses, make sure you don't already have full energy in  the game (100).  I used to have the same issue.  I've found that if I go back and use it down quite a ways, and then go select my free energy and return to the game, I can refresh and see it.

I have pretty much came up with the same conclusion. Pointless. 

I can open Treasure Trove & play....then save. Come back 2 hours later & it's back to square one. Nothing saved. Regular Merge Academy is doing the same thing. SMH

Merge freezes after loading the extra game and won't let me play or click out of the game. I was looking forward to playing the extra game 

I have the very same issue as you do with it not adding the bonuses from the pogis.  I just gave up selecting them because it's pointless.

Merge Academy is my favorite game in Pogo. I play it every day. There are always bonuses from Pogis and other things and I always choose Merge Academy to get more coins and energy. Those items NEVER show up. It says to refresh, but I refresh, sign in and out, log in and out….. and they NEVER show up in my account. I have screen shots of before and after and all the things but, I don’t get them. You owe me hundreds of coins and energy in the game from these bonus coins/energy. 

On top of all this, today I have not been able to play all day. The game opens up to Treasure Trove and a play button. The PLAY button does not work and the screen is frozen. So now, I am missing out on my daily bonuses and not being able to play today and get more energy coins and sales. My son plays a similar game on a different platform and now I’m thinking about getting off POGO when my paid subscription expires. This is kinda ridiculous.  There is no way to chat with a human and get any answers to the many problems with Pogo. 

on a positive note, I love the Treasure Trove, Dessert and Seashell games you’ve added to Merge Academy. It makes the game more enjoyable and more ways to play and earn. It would be nice if you did it more often. 

Same issue here. I have tried 5 or 6 times today and it won't let me in. I even tried restarting my phone. 

I've just been on live chat with EA support at the Help Centre. They told me that many players from around the globe told them about the glitch when progress wasn't being saved in the Treasure Trove and Main game and that the Game team were in the process of working on it to fix the bug/glitch. This might be the reason it won't load at all now
