Merge Academy - Softlocked at Chapter 4

Having the same problem. Put in a ticket and have gotten no response. Was unable to complete last weeks challenge or still unable to work on completing the spin to win challenge. Very frustrating!!

I'm experiencing the same problem.  I have just started chapter 4 and cannot do anything.  I'm also unable to play the limited event game

I finished chapter 4 as well and chapter 5 will not load for me either,  so I can't complete the event on the side or go back to other chapters to collect rewards. I tried on Windows 10, Windows 11 and IOS platforms and no success on any of them.

same issues on chapter 2 my generators are stuck on 11:36... so much for doing challenges when you cant finish them.  also why cant I get more room in my storage, I have 9 things in there and there is no way to buy more, there is nothing to click on,  game is also freezing. dont they ever fix this thing

I made it to the apple level and now I can not play the game, it won't let me select the challenge round or the regular game. I can not get my bonuses either. It is completely locked.

Please advise on how I can get in

Chapter 4 (Apple) at Merge Academy froze at the Amphitheater level.  Problem started September 16.  Won't allow me to click on the market place, the map, or other chapters of the game.  Goes straight to the screen noted when activating the game.  Now I cannot play the Miner's Game nor the new challenge POGO just posted.  Trying to find help, but to to avail.  Hopefully when then correct your problem, they will fix the others and compensate us for our loss of map items during the down time.  Only good thing is that I am saving money not buying gems to play this game (that I do enjoy).  Good luck to us all

As of last night 9/19 25 I also leveled up to Chapter 4. Same issue it's frozen. Can't play the game, or the Miners game. Can't collect the freebees. I shut it down, tried new browser and made sure all updates were done. Didn't help.  Can someone please help?

I am having the same issue after leveling up on chapter 4  It's not worth even trying to contact the help desk.. they are NO help.  I wasted gems purchasing energy that can't be used now so maybe I will just contact my bank for a refund on my last gem purchase.. maybe that will get their attention since money is the ONLY thing Pogo cares about, certainly not the happiness of their players

Does EA/POGO intend to fix this issue??  Have you closed the game intentionally??  Will you leave us hanging for answers as per usual??  At least when you kicked Peggle Blast, Poppit Party, and many others to the curb you left a polite little note promising to update soon.  We all know how that turned out. :/  I want access to my grid so I can continue to collect my 12 hr prizes and treasure chest.
