Merge Academy - Won't save progress

I'm even having it happen with the regular Merge Academy. I also have any stickers I've received disappear.

same issue and I had energy left used it I thought heard it make the noise where it adds it to the game but it froze and now the energy is gone and game reset

Playing Merge Academy- seems to be working fine, but when you save and leave the game and then return later you're starting all over again. Every time I play the new miner game, I'm at the beginning. And same for the regular board. I'm restarting at the point I was at yesterday.

Same issue. Stickers have disappeared, all treasure trove progress is gone each time. 

It looks like it will save the progress in treasure trove as long as you dont collect anything off of the page. as soon as you collect coins or energy or anything and then exit it will reset. but if you leave it all on the page and exit it saved my progress. very frustrating but at least I can get the energy used up. I havent tried on the main game to see if it does the same.

Having same problem in merge academy. treasure trove keeps going back to beginning.

All my earned items have not saved.  This game has more glitches than any other game.  Try fixing it before starting any new challenges for it. 

Same here - been trying all morning, we finish it - use all our energy then we have to start over - this is getting ridiculous!!! 

I complained about that issue five hours ago, and yet nothing but *crickets* from the powers that be.   Not even a notice that they are aware of the problem. 

Also, Treasure Trove this time only has seven days, instead of the usual ten.

Very frustrating.

Mine too, except after a couple of times of trying I would save and exit and quit and then I went back in just a couple of minutes later and in Treasure Trove and the main game I was back on 100 energy for both and nothing was saved.  I have just tried going back into the main game and after using my 100 energy a few minutes ago I now have just 8 energy but nothing I merged is still there, for example I used all my tree to make wands and brooms. Now just a couple of minutes later my tree is fully recharged and that takes around 2 and half hours to do so normally. The branches etc I merged to make better wands all gone
