Merge Academy - Won't save progress

10 hours later and i'm right back at the beginning with treasure trove and classic merge academy.  can you please get it fixec. and give us the day back that we lost for this problem!!!!!

So frustrating, it has been all day, how long should this take? Or take it off until it is fixed.

The new Merge Academy times out on certain transaction and when your restart, your current progress is reset.  The new badge feature in this game is great, but the bugs to creat along side launchingt an additional seperate game is not good.  I echo lost progress in this game that is currently to to existing and new challenges

It's been all day like this. Is there a "plan" to fix it? 🙄

I have been getting the same issue all day. i have completed an order the same order 6 times today

I have been having issues with the Merge Academy game since this morning, Both the main game and the treasure trove keep loosing its progress. This is so infuriating. EA fix it and send us GEM to offset the trouble!

Same thing happened to me today, but it happened THREE times! I feel like I'm starring in the movie "Groundhog Day"! LOL

Me too, I tried for an hour to get to customer service and nothing. This is so infuriating.

I lost everything I did earlier today in both classic and special mode. FIX THIS!!!!
