Merge Academy all spaces filled

Merge Academy will suddenly say it is trying to save the game about every ten or fifteen minutes. It fails to save and says try again. It fails again and says quit or restart. If you quit or restart all progress is lost including any merges from the last save. I have lost hundreds of energy as well as a large number of merges.

This occurs on Firefox, Google Chrome and Edge browsers.

As it stands now, this game is unplayable. Please fix this.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

mine keeps losing items, both on the main board, and from the storage closet. some of them took a lot of energy to build. im so annoyed... everyone in the chats on that game is complaining theyre having issues getting the game to function properly and with losing items from the board. what a shame. I hope pogo solves it asap... and gives us some free energy for having lost items lol.

I'm having the same problem with items disappearing.  And you're right - EA or Pogo should give us tons of free energy so that we can replace those lost items. I'm not playing this again until they fix it.

BTW, I sent an email to EA help reporting this problem and they said they will try to fix it.

My issue is that I keep getting an error and the game has to reload and I lost my 75 energy I just collected and then my 45 energy I used 10 jewels to get. So annoying. I hope they fix it an we do get some free energy out of it 

For three days I have chosen the extra energy from first section and it says cant save game after that and I lose all the energy and it wont let me choose again a reward for like 12 hours.  also, i keep losing stuff off my board that i have earned

My browsers are always up to date.

My cache clears every time I close my browser. (I have tried using both Google Chrome and Mozilla. I have tried my ID and my spouses on different desktops.)

I restart my desktop daily.

I restart my modem and router weekly.

This has all been done between episodes and the game continues to fail.

They only way I can be sure I don't loose items is to save frequently. When it goes into the save and fail, all energy is lost.

A user in Merge Academy post noted a time this appears to happen. I will test.

I just tested it.

Do NOT get the extra energy from the first section. This immediately caused the save error. I have now verified this twice.

(Note: you can claim the extra coins from the first level. However, I would do that last before you exit the game.)
