Merge Academy will suddenly say it is trying to save the game about every ten or fifteen minutes. It fails to save and says try again. It fails again and says quit or restart. If you quit or restart all progress is lost including any merges from the last save. I have lost hundreds of energy as well as a large number of merges.
This occurs on Firefox, Google Chrome and Edge browsers.
As it stands now, this game is unplayable. Please fix this.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

My browsers are always up to date.
My cache clears every time I close my browser. (I have tried using both Google Chrome and Mozilla. I have tried my ID and my spouses on different desktops.)
I restart my desktop daily.
I restart my modem and router weekly.
This has all been done between episodes and the game continues to fail.
As other users noted under Merge Academy post.
They only way I can be sure I don't loose items is to save frequently. When it goes into the save and fail, all energy is lost.
A user in Merge Academy post noted a time this appears to happen. I will test.

Doesn't work! It is a GLITCH/BUG in YOUR game!!! Fix it!!! Been happening since the game came online. Poor testing again!!!

Still happening - what, a week into the release now! Stop blaming players and do your job by actually checking out the problem in YOUR GAME!!!
