Merge Academy all spaces filled

In Merge Academy, all of the spaces are filled and there's no way to clear a space. Someone said they have a trash can, but there isn't one in my game and there are no instructions on how to play. ...

I'm having the same problem with items disappearing. And you're right - EA or Pogo should give us tons of free energy so that we can replace those lost items. I'm not playing this again until they fix it.

BTW, I sent an email to EA help reporting this problem and they said they will try to fix it.
