Matching Moments: Still Not Working

I just did a chat with Pogo because I can't get matching moments to fully load...the page loads...I click the "let's go" button that pops up then the next pop up is incomplete as the box on the top is empty...then I get no curser and nothing works....I have added the screenshot sent to the help line person.

Work around....if I "x"  out all the boxes and just go to the regular level button in the corner...I can make the game work...

Why is Matching Moments not allowing us to play the game?  It lets you get to the play button, but locks up afterwards and you just have to get out of it completely.  You put a new game up and then you can't play it. Gets very frustrating.

I'm having the same issue for 2 days now. I share your frustration.

I  haven't been able to play Magic Moments.  The game loads, but when I click on "play" nothing happens.  In the top left corner it says "full."   What's that about??  Never saw "full" appeare anywhere before.  Is that something new?

Similar problem for three days. The bow tie event and coin levels it seems the game loads and the play screen comes up but the buttons don't work. I have been playing on a new Chromebook with the Chrome browser. I have cleared browser cache and cookies. This is one of my favorite games and it is almost painful to not be able to play. Please please fix it. 

I cannot play either. When is Pogo going to fix the problem? Was working fine until 2 days ago.

I have been having the same issues as of yesterday afternoon.  It played perfectly earlier in the day but it is still not working today.  

I have not been able to play for 3 days and done all of the things you did as well.  From the chat, there are many, many people unable to play and are frustrated to miss out on the special events etc
