Merge Academy chest in Treasure Trove

I still have not been reached out to about this issue. Again, got the pieces for the chest. The chest did not go into the main game where it always goes. Lost the first 24 hours or so due to nothing saving.  Will someone please reply to this with a solution. This is very frustrating. I guarantee I will not spend another dime on this game until the fiasco of last week's Treasure Trove has been satisfactorily dealt with. That would include my subscription coming up.
