I have cleared 37 out of 57 spaces on the grid and cannot complete any orders as I do not have the tackle box. POGO, please provide tackle box so I can complete my orders and play the game.

I only have dynamite left. Shouldn't I have received the fishing lure already? I only have 18 boxes left.
I've opened 42 boxes but still didn't find the other half of the fishing rod. Since the event ends in less than 5 hours, I've given up.
My best guess is it was hidden under the bundle of dynamite.
