Merge Academy Customer Orders - September 2026

As stated above, you have to complete two orders in SUGAR RUSH to get the reward of 2/2.

I got credit this morning, are you playing the special event (the Sugar Rush)? It only credits orders filled in the "grid event" not the regular game.

I JUST LOST 100 STAR VAULT POINTS, AND 235 MOVES,45 COINS, A CLOCK AND A COMPLETED SET. IT TOOK MY 100 STAR VAULT POINTS BUT DIDN'T GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR IT! VERY UPSET!!!

I am experiencing the same issue of no credit for completing orders in Merge Academy. I am also not able to play Matching Moments. I am not purchasing the upgraded constellation as the prizes are frequently not awarded.  POGO performance is terrible.

I just finished the daily game for Merge Academy and it didn't give me the 2 wins or orders earned completing the badge. It is still saying 0/2 when it should be 2/2. What the hey!! It's hard to complete an order in there sometimes I want my credit please!!!!

I've completed several orders for the Merge Academy grid event and have not received recognition for them.  I am still at 0/2.
