Join the club. I at least got credit for 1 of my orders.

I did complete 2 orders in Sugar rush and didn't get credit. I'm so sick of this.  I'm not playing it any more.

Hello everyone! For today's daily challenge on 9/15/2026 elerner23bd​ is correct, you can use the Sugar Rush event to fulfill the badge requirement.

Also, if you're participating in the Tex's Lucky Spinner Event - Badge Number 6 "Complete 20 orders in classic mode or grid event before the event ends." playing in the Sugar Rush Event (side games) will also contribute toward fulfilling those customer order requirements!

no credit for daily challenge today. Not solved yet

I'm also not getting my Sugar Rush grid energy when completing regular game orders. Also on the Sugar rush grid, sometimes when I combine elements the new one disappears. I thought the 1rst time it happened I was trying to combine elements too fast but it has happened more than once. 

I'm not getting credit for merges in Merge Academy.

I've just lost all credits for completing the witchcraft sticker album set - the energy appeared, then the game crashed - I reloaded and it appeared again but as soon as I started using it, it disappeared again!  So 215 energy and 40 coins down :( 

The game is causing my computer to work in overdrive - fan is going nonstop when playing which is then causing the crashes. I suspect the game is upsetting my antivirus protection as I have nothing else running.

I have been having the same problem. Finishing lots of orders but not getting the credit for it. I even bought extra energy to try it again. Still nothing.
