I lost the 100 energy that I always have in my total first thing in the morning & also got the failed response?? The failed response kept me from getting my additional items this morning too!?

I guess i am not alone with this issue !! The sheer amount of new games that are designed solely for use gems to successfully finish challenges is nuts and when they upgrade this site standard games like Mahjong Sanctuary to do the same thing seems more like a money grab than player enjoyment !!

I just cancelled my subscription,  it ends in a month or so.  IMO, Pogo isn't answering questions in a timely manner and deleted a question that I did ask.    Granted my question was a bit off topic, but I couldn't find the answer anywhere.  It involved closing the account and what happens to the gems until the subscription runs out.  Do players still have access to everything.  The deleting of that comment was the final straw for me.  Again, granted it may have been posted in the wrong  place, but it was still rude to just  delete it when they could have just attached a link to it for me to click on to find the answers I was looking for, and those answers might have been helpful to others as well.

If posters are going to take the time to post a comment, TPTB shouldn't with a click of a button, just delete them.  That is bad customer service.

I hope Pogo gets its act together and starts fixing these games, but I have just run out of patience with that and decided to move on.

Merge Academy was one of my favorite games, but it always seemed to have issues that weren't being resolved in a timely manner.   And given the fact that I wasn't buying gems, advancing in the game had become an incredibly slow process.
